Attached is a call for proposals for next October's combined NYSATE/NYACTE - Task Force Conference at the Gideon Putnam in Saratoga Springs, NY.

As Kate DaBoll-LaVoie and I described at the Statewide Meeting on March 26th, for this coming fall's Statewide Meeting, the TF has combined with NYSATE/NYACTE to offer a somewhat different venue for its work. As such, our support of our membership for the event will reflect a different structure. HESC will pay for members' registrations for the conference ($185).

We will be in Baldy Hall (#11 on map) Room 555 on UB campus.

People should park in the Center for Tomorrow lot (#53 on map) (Flint road) and take the Green line shuttle to Capen Hall. They should get off at Capen, go to their right. They can walk through O'Brien (#12 on map) by taking the elevator to the 5th floor or they can walk to Baldy (the buildings are connected)

The shuttle runs every 10 minutes or so and is free. You do not need a permit to park in the Center for Tomorrow lot.

We’d like to begin right at 10. Thanks, Chandra
