Literacy, reading instruction, and reading disabilities - Niagara University
Pending funding approval, the Department of Teacher Education at Niagara University is seeking a full-time, tenure-track faculty member in the field of literacy, reading instruction, and reading disabilities. Interested applicants should have completed a doctorate in literacy, reading, or reading disability by August 15, 2010, have P-12 and higher education classroom experience, and show potential for scholarship and collegial collaboration. Additional desired qualifications include knowledge of New York State Standards and Regulations, experience in high-need or urban settings, experience in diagnoses and intervention for reading disabilities, and knowledge of instructional technologies.
