The Disability Law and Policy Program is pleased to welcome Paul Kelly
to the College of Law to speak about his experiences in the fields of
disability and education law. Paul Kelly will give a lunch-time talk
on Thursday, April 17, in room 201 at the College of Law, from
11:45-12:50. You are welcome and encouraged to attend. Pizza will be
available. His bio is as follows:
Paul Kelly, State Review Officer and Assistant Counsel with the New
York State Education Department, manages the Office of State Review
Including Samuel is photojournalist Dan Habib's touching and insightful look at how educational and social inclusion transforms the lives of young people with disabilities. The film documents how Habib and his family have involved his son Samuel, who has cerebral palsy, in all aspects of school and community life. Including Samuel also examines the inclusion experiences of four other families, plus interviews with dozens of teachers, young people, and disability rights experts.
